• UAC of Nigeria PLC announced its Q1 2026 unaudited financial results on April 28, 2026. • Revenue increased by 241% year-on-year to N191 billion, driven by the consolidation of C.H.I. Limited and growth in Packaged Food and Beverages and Paints segments. • Gross profit rose by 285% to N55 billion, with gross margin expanding 321 basis points to 28.7%. • Profit before tax was N23 billion, a 348% increase from Q1 2025, and profit for the period was N13.6 billion, up 311%. • Earnings per share for Q1 2026 were 449 kobo, a 324.5% increase from 106 kobo in Q1 2025. • The results reflect the consolidation of C.H.I.'s performance and strong performance in Packaged Food and Beverages and Paints businesses.

Limited) on 3 October 2025. • The Group is not exposed to any concentration risk, as there is no single customer with a contribution to total revenue of more than 10%.
