NCR (NIGERIA) PLC.-NCR (NIGERIA) PLC - DELAY IN FILING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
* NCR (Nigeria) Plc failed to file its Unaudited Financial Statements for Q1 2026 by the 30 April 2026 deadline because Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) rules prohibit filing new-year reports before the previous year’s Audited Financial Statements (AFS) are submitted.
* The delay in the 2025 AFS is due to the need for additional internal review following changes in the company’s shareholding structure.
* The company expects to submit both the 2025 AFS and the 2026 Q1 Unaudited Financial Statements by 30 May 2026 at the latest.
